Doku 15

8 Colborne Street, Toronto

Low furnishing in warm vibrant colours contrast with exposed concrete elements provide an inviting atmosphere

Acoustic privacy

Doku 15 restaurant is divided into two discrete areas: the dining room and bar. These areas are separated by a two-storey, glazed wall that ensures acoustic privacy while offering a visual connection to the bar.

Illusion of volume

CORE’s Interior Design studio used clean, simple furniture. The furniture gives the space the illusion of volume, while concrete walls and slate flooring bring an honesty of materials to the space, enhancing the sense of scale.
