Plan for a new, luxury resort and condominium/villa development. The first phase focused on a 100 metre infinity pool as the central focus or organizational spine of the development. It was to include a 150-rooms combining modern Caribbean architecture, luxuriously appointed interiors and unrivalled resort amenities, on 20 acres of lush landscaping and one-quarter mile of pristine beach.
