An elegant and contemporary boutique hotel/condominium. Erected on a highly constricted site, the project's vertical emphasis was essential to maximize the floor area that could be achieved within the zoning envelope. Completed with a precast façade and bold use of aluminum and granite, vertical colums serve as a structural expression.
