Mayfair Hotel

CORE, in association with Trivers Associates, was the Design Architect for a 125,000 square foot addition to the Mayfair Hotel. The new tower would be residential condominiums. The tower would also include a 4-storeys retail podium which would house the hotel's ballrooms, meeting rooms and spa, and lease opportunities.
