Twenty three stories of stunning frameless glass high-rise above the street level retail shopping. Mondrian addressed the contentious Ottawa issue of above grade parking while maintaining an attractive street presence. The introduction of coloured glass panels add an element of whimsy in the relatively banal surrounding.
