Central Phases 2 & 3 are setting the architectural tone of this developing Ottawa urban neighborhood. Respecting and developing upon the neighborhood context, with street level retail and single-family housing, Central 2 & 3 introduces street-facing 2-storey townhomes and retail space. The materials and scale of the development have adopted the local vernacular.
