The West Don Lands project is designed to LEED Gold standards. TCHC has additional sustainable standards including:
- 40% energy cost reduction vs. MNECB
- Minimum 20% indoor water use reduction
- Non-potable water use for irrigation
- 3-chute garbage (organic, recycling, regular)
