Located on the previous site of the Sisters of St. Joseph school, this project is in the centre of the newly emerging Bloor Street West and Dundas Street West residential neighbourhoods. Bloorwood Manor site was masterplanned as a mixed-use development consisting of 61 townhomes and a 103-unit condominium building with retail at grade.
