This mixed-use project featuring 10 new apartment towers with over 1,000 new residential units as part of a community revitalization project in North Toronto. A two-level commercial podium accommodating a 70,000 square foot indoor-outdoor market, retail stores, restaurants and offices negotiates one corner of the crossroads and provides a springboard for a series of slender, well-proportioned towers.
