The historic "Ideal Bread Factory", provided floor-to-ceiling heights to develop spectacular loft units with mezzanines. Some street-related units with walkout terraces further enhance the restored façade. New elevator shafts and locker rooms were provided at the center of the building and structural changes were implemented to accommodate below grade parking.
