The College, located at 297 College Street, is a 15-storey condominium residence in one of Toronto’s most iconic neighbourhoods. Developed by Tribute Communities, the design incorporates coloured glass balcony guard rails, providing for a vibrant, visual field, and a green living wall at the rear of the property.

The CORE Architects’ projects were selected at the event that celebrates excellence in property development, real estate, interior design, and architecture from across the United States and Americas, and is part of the International Property Awards that recognizes the best projects and professionals in the real estate industry.

Similar International Property Award shows are celebrated throughout the world, marking excellence in the global regions of Asia Pacific, Africa, Arabia, Europe, and the United Kingdom.

Regional award winners, such as CORE, are selected from among hundreds of entries, with winners moving on to compete on a global stage, against other regional winners, for top international designations. A renowned mark of excellence, the global International Property Awards will be announced in December, from London, England.
