CORE has designed several recreational and fitness clubs. Our design process not only addressed aesthetic considerations but economic factors as well.
We considered the utilization; implemented highest and best use analysis models, seasonal versus year-round utilization. We explored income generation opportunities; evaluated long-term membership growth for the Club, and demographic patterns to anticipate potential future requirements.
