Holiday Party 2025

This year’s Holiday Party was a wonderful way for everyone to come together, unwind, and celebrate the close of another successful year. The evening began on Tuesday, December 2, 2025, with cocktails at our CORE office at 4:30 PM, a perfect warm-up for the festivities ahead.

After cocktail hour, the team made their way to Terroni, located at 1095 Yonge Street in Toronto, for dinner at 7:00 PM. Staff enjoyed a delicious family-style meal featuring some of Terroni’s classic dishes, with tables filled with shareable pizzas, traditional bolognese, and Ravioli alla Lilli.

The standout mains included a choice of Grilled seabass fillet, served with an apple and roasted beet salad paired with gem lettuce, radicchio, and pistachios, or the Controfiletto Manzo, an 8oz grilled striploin accompanied by roasted potatoes and sautéed rapini. To finish dinner on a sweet note, Tiramisù was served. 

But the celebration didn’t end there. After dinner, everyone hit the dance floor, keeping the energy high and the holiday spirit alive well into the night.

From shared laughs to shared dishes, the night captured the spirit of the season with good company and a chance to reflect on the work we accomplished together in 2025.
