Principal Babak Eslahjou attends the DNA Paris Design Awards Ceremony in Paris, France

Our design for 210 Bloor for Tribute Communities recently won the 2025 DNA Paris Design Awards & Conference in the Architecture/Housing category. This recognition celebrates design excellence on an international stage and highlights projects that push the boundaries of architectural innovation.

Principal Babak Eslahjou attended the prestigious award ceremony, held at the Espace Niemeyer in Paris, France. The DNA Paris Design Awards celebrate international architects and designers who improve everyday lives through practical and innovative design spanning Architecture, Interior, Landscape, Product, and Graphic Design. This award program recognizes projects that enhance functionality and bring a fresh perspective to contemporary design.

210 Bloor is a 29-storey mixed-use development featuring 42 residential units, retail at grade, and underground parking. Rising 111 meters, the building’s mirrored glass façade and canyon-like form make a bold architectural statement. The design thoughtfully blends contemporary architecture with the surrounding cityscape while preserving key view corridors, demonstrating a balance of innovation and context.
