Ranging in height from 16 to 45 storeys, this six-tower mixed-use development will include 161,391 m² of gross floor area and 3,620 m² of retail at grade, and 145,613 m² of residential space. The six towers and their associated five and 9-storey podiums will have a total of 2,080 residential units.
29 and 39 storey towers
The development at 180 Steeles Avenue West, Toronto also will include 1,876 parking spaces and over 1,000 bicycle stalls, while the southwest block will incorporate a 29 and 39-storey tower and a 5-story podium.
Green roofs and POPS
The southeast block will feature the larger towers of 35 and 45-storeys. Two 16-storey towers to the north will hold 179 and 216 units each divided between condominium and townhouse units with 9-storey podiums. The towers will also feature green roofs and POPS at the northern end.
