Mixed-use development
This mixed use multi-residential development is located near the Stockyards at Keele and St. Clair. It will feature six towers from fifteen to thirty-five storeys. The site will be developed in three phases to respect the leases of the existing commercial tenants. A mix of residential units is planned with over 1800 units overall.
Affordable housing
Approximately 5% of the gross residential floor area has been allocated for affordable housing. Commercial office and retail will complement the overall design along with a new public park and right-of-way. The total GFA of the development will be approximately 130,000 m². Phase 1 will include three towers of 15, 26 and 35 storeys on six-to-eight storey podiums. This first phase has approximately 67,000 m² of GFA and 983 residential units. The existing Organic Garage grocery store will relocate from their current building to this one.
Dedication of parkland
Phase 2 with see the development of the 32-storey tower and a three-to-four storey podium. The total GFA is approximately 28,000 m² and will include 4,270 m² of office space over three storeys and 343 residential units. Phase 3 will see the full dedication of the parkland and two residential condominiums of 18 and 28 storeys connected by a 6-storey podium. The total GFA of this phase is approximately 38,000 m² with 562 residential units.
