Four Tower Development Project
Located at The East Mall and Eglinton Avenue in the West Deane Park neighbourhood, 900 The East Mall is a 4 tower development project with approximately 900,000 sq. ft. of GCA that will be built in two phases beginning with the eastern towers.
Retail at Grade
Tower heights will range from 20 to 21 storeys and the design will include 858 residential units, commercial space, retail at grade, a daycare, and a privately-owned public park (POPS) on the southeast portion of the site.
Mix of Materials
Podium levels are finished in a mix of brick and glazing while the towers volumes are finished in a mix of glazing and metal panels that are finished in either charcoal or wood-grain finishes.
Quadrilateral Floorplates
Two of the towers feature unique quadrilateral floorplates that are rotated as they rise to create a twisting effect. The other two towers feature a polygonal variation of this design language.
