Warehouse typology

This 522-unit project features two towers of 19 and 22 storeys each with a shared 6 storey podium. The development will feature 505 condominium units ranging in size from 450 sq.ft. to 1,300 sq.ft. in studio, one, two and three-bedroom configurations.  The remaining 15 units are planned as rental replacements.

Retail space

There will be over 4,000m2 of retail space on the two lower levels with additional retail and commercial spaces at street level and on the second storey which will accommodate a grocery store.

Landscaped Terrace

The southeast end of the site will be reserved for a 470m2 landscaped terrace which will overlook the on-site park facing Orphan’s Green.  There are two further outdoor amenity areas on the fourth and sixteenth floors.  Power Street will be repaved to the east of the property between Adelaide and Richmond forming a pedestrian connection to Orphan’s Green.
