La Senza
CORE has become the Architect-of-Record for Canadian stores and has provided their retail design and expertise to help La Senza develop their stores as they rebranded over the last few years. Working closely with the La Senza team and the brand’s graphic and bold designs, CORE’s retail team led by Partner Gabriela Estrada consciously implements the design intent into working drawings for every store and ensures it meets national and local provincial codes.
Site services and contract administration
We are also responsible for site services and perform contract administration while working with the local authorities and building landlords in conjunction with the engineers that are contracted on the client’s behalf. CORE also provides drawing services for its international UK stores.
Coordination and communication
Due to the rebranding and trying to implement this concept throughout multiple stores, it has required a lot of coordination and communication with the client to ensure that the quality and design intent is not compromised.
Attention to detail
Most of the stores are renovations, phased, or retrofits and these require diligent attention to detail to ensure that the necessary elements are thoroughly incorporated to meet the quality and standards of the brand’s design concept.
