M Condos wins a Brampton Urban Design Award

M Condos received an award of merit in the 2023 Brampton Urban Design Awards. The 2023 Brampton Urban Design Awards focus on new socio-economic themes alongside best practice design standards. Under the theme ‘Inclusivity – By Design’, the Awards will address themes of Active Design, Aging Population, Sustainability, Accessibility, Safety, Equity, Health and Wellbeing.

M Condos is located at the corner of Sandalwood Parkway West and Veterans Drive in Brampton, Ontario. The building is primarily clad with a combination of white solid panels and clear glazing, and wrapped with a chain of dark metal frames creating pockets of private, semi enclosed outdoor spaces.
